Projected ROI (Return on Investment) Projected ROI: 7.33%-9.36% Projected ROI (annualized): 12.57%-16.05% Example: If someone invests BDT 100k in the project, he/she can expect to receive a total of BDT 107,330-109,360 in January 2027. Biniyog will be charging a 1.3% success fee on the repayment amount. Contract Condition Beginning of investment: Investors will go into a Musharaka agreement (profit-loss sharing) with Barovoot Limited. It will be a profit-sharing contract, where Barovoot Limited will be using the investment amount as working capital to cater to a work-order issued by a renowned mobile manufacturing company. biniyog.io will follow-up with Barovoot to ensure that the funds are being used to cater to that work order and Shariah Compliance is maintained. biniyog.io has proposed a 70:30 (Investor: Business) split of the net profit generated during the specific work order and Barovoot has agreed to it and investors will get an estimated 12.57%-16.05% annualized ROI (after deducting biniyog.io’s fee from investor profit).
